Refund policy

We really hope you love your TH Pottery items, but If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition. Please see below for full terms and conditions. 

We are happy to replace most products but there are some exceptions that cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These products include any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order.

Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your return for it to be processed.

REPORTING DAMAGE OR INCOMPLETE ORDER

We take great care throughout the production and delivery of your order. From time to time some issues may occur. Should this be the case please contact us immediately by email so that we can help to resolve the issue. For efficiency please provide your order number and any other information to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.

  • INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your order is incomplete so that we may resolve this for you immediately.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
