Shipping policy

All items purchased will be dispatched within 1-2 working weeks unless otherwise stated on the item listing itself. 

We always aim to fulfill our orders as soon as possible, however some items may be in extremely high demand and as such may have a order fulfillment delay disclaimer included in the listing. 

If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us by email and we will try our best to fulfil your order quickly.

All UK orders are sent using 'Royal Mail Tracked 48®' and customers will be supplied with order tracking information as soon as their orders have been shipped.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have supplied a correct and complete delivery address.
