Get creative! Join us in our working pottery studio to make your own House Sculpture / Ornament.

Join us in making a mini building like sculpture. This could be your own home or your dream holiday cottage or you can even make something inspired by architecture around the world think Catalan Modernisme architecture or even something from your imagination - why not bring reference photos with you and escape in creativity for a while and build a miniature clay sculpture. What’s Included:

• You’ll be guided through the process of designing and making your House Sculpture using a slab building method, with tips, tools and techniques to help you create your own bespoke piece.
  

• Express yourself through your designs using a variety of sculpting tools, letter stamps and textures.

• Choose from our range of glazes to finish your House Sculpture / Ornament. We’ll glaze and fire them for you after the workshop, ready for collection.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Workshop Details

• Location: TH Pottery studio, Unit 4, Orchard Barns, Stapleton, Dorrington, SY5 7EJ (just 3 minutes off the A49!)

• Duration: 3 hours

• Price: £50 per person

• Collection: 2-3 weeks after the workshop

Additional Information

• Suitable for beginners.

• We recommend wearing warm clothing or bringing extra layers.

• Tea, coffee, and soft drinks are provided.

• Bring reference photos to help guide you.                                                                        
• We provide everything you need to make your creations but we encourage you to bring any cookie cutters or items you think will make good impressions in the clay, from foliage to fabrics, anything could work.

Please note: As your Workshop will be held in a working pottery studio we can’t allow children under 14 to take part in our workshops. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
